And fuckin with those guided meditation videos at night?” A little while later, she released the first guided mediation, a collab between her and Swedish DJ Kornél Kovács. The tracks are variations on the 7 healing frequencies, with Banks intoning over them and telling you to “unleash your scalp and unfurl your brow.” Also to relax your eyelids, there’s a lot about relaxing the eyelids. Mine are way more tense than I’d ever thought.

It may seem off-brand for Azealia Banks, queen of being heated online, to release some chill out meditations. But Banks has actually been in this wellness space for a minute.
